FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR BASIC COMBUSTION CLASS:
1. What level of experience is your Basic Combustion class best fit for? As the name of the class states, our class covers the basics of combustion, offers great information and hands-on experience on troubleshooting Power Flame burners. Our class is the best fit for technicians with entry or intermediate level of experience. However, we have had very experienced technicians attend our class and benefit from it.
2. Will the class certify me for install, start-up, and work on Power Flame burners? Power Flame provides each student with a certificate of Basic Combustion class completion, which simply shows that you have attended and completed the class. Our certificate is not a legal document certifying you for future Power Flame job assignments. Your ability to work on our equipment will depend on the level of your experience. However, the classroom hours completed at Power Flame may count towards your CPE credits in some states.
